Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- 18 years old and above
- At least High School Diploma
- A minimum of 1 year working experience
- Diploma in Agriculture/NCII in related field/Certificate of Employment
- Barangay Certification (Certifying that the applicant is living in the area & farming was his main job)
- Must have experience in vegetable and fruit farming
- N4 Passer of JLPT or JFT exam
- Ex TITP or Passer of Japan Prometric in Agriculture Skills Assessment Certificate
Job Description:
- Preparing soil, planting seeds or seedlings, and cultivating crops.
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery, such as tractors, harvesters, and other equipment.
- Manages farms, ranches, greenhouses, nurseries, and other agricultural production organizations.
- Farmers are involved in planting, cultivating, performing post-harvest duties, overseeing livestock, and supervising farm labor depending on the type of farm.
Salary: JPY 180,000.00 – 200,000.00 per month
