Qualifications:
- Male
- 18 years old and above
- At least High School Graduate
- A minimum of 2 years working experience
- Proven experience as a butcher or in meat cutting
- Ability to use cutting tools, saws, grinders, and other butchering equipment
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety standards
Job Description:
- Weigh, label, and package meat products accurately.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and hygiene.
- Keep knives and butchering tools clean and in good working condition.
- Cut, trim, bone, and prepare different types of meat (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) for retail or wholesale sale.
